When emailing, please include your account email, a description of the issue, and any screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem.
Open the app and enter the email and password you used when your account was created. If you don't have an account yet, contact us at support@caseroai.com to get set up.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your account email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
First, check your internet connection. If the issue persists, fully close the app and reopen it. If it still won't load, please email us with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what you see.
Email support@caseroai.com with "Bug Report" or "Feature Request" in the subject line. For bugs, include steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots and screen recordings help a lot.
Email support@caseroai.com and we'll handle billing changes, refunds, or cancellations directly.
Email us at support@caseroai.com from the address associated with your account and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.
We respond to all support emails within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Urgent issues affecting rent collection or tenant communications are prioritized.
